Squash and Carrot Dip

(to accompany Corn Bread)

  • 1/4 medium squash (chopped)
  • 1 medium carrot (chopped)
  • 5/7 sundried tomatoes, soaked or in oil
  • 1tbsp red wine vinegar
  • dash of chilli sauce to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 med onion
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp veg bouillon

Blend the dip in a food blender adding only enough water to make it blend.
